Ako nainštalovať Androida na iPhone 2G

Ak sa vám ešte doma povaľuje najstarší model iPhone 2G, chceli by ste niečo nové a neviete čo s ním tak chalani z Androidalot.com našli riešenie. Nainštalujte si na iPhone, Google Android! Približne pred dvoma týždňami zverejnili aj pekné podrobné video (škoda len že nie v HD), ktoré vám tu dnes zdieľam v prípade že ste o tomto hacku iPhone ešte nepočuli a radi by ste ho vyskúšali. Osobne som to nevyskúšal keďže nemám iPhone 2G, tak vám neviem potvrdiť ani vyvrátiť či je aj po tomto zákroku telefón plne funkčný. No mnoho kladných reakcií vo fórach naznačuje že inštalácia je väčšinou bezproblémova a vďaka video sprievodcovi ju zvládne každý (každopádne ak nemáte žiadne skúsenosti, ešte nikdy ste nejailbreakovali iPhone apd. tak by som sa do toho na vašom mieste veru nepúšťal ). Ďalšie odhalenie iPhone 4HD (update: nové fotografie)

So špekuláciami o vzhľade a funkčnosti nového iPhone 4HD sa akosi roztrhlo vrece. Po poslednom incidente servera Gizmodo je tu ďalší únik prototypu nového iPhonu a pre zmenu, pochádza z Vietnamu. Technologický server taoviet.vn (ktorý je mimochodom v čase písania tohto príspevku nefunkčný) dnes zverejnil fotografie a dokonca aj video nového iPhone 4HD. Applom “utajované” zariadenie tento krát vyzerá viac ako finálny produkt, na jeho spodnej hrane zmizli z povrchu dve výrazne skrutky a na zadnej strane je už miesto XXX korektné uvedená veľkosť internej pamäte (16GB). Okrem týchto kozmetických zmien priniesli fotografie aj jednu dôležitú informáciu ktorá doteraz nebola známa a to že na základnej doske nového iPhonu sa nachádza procesor Apple A4 ktorý bol použitý v iPade čo by pre iPhone znamenalo prvé miesto medzi najrýchlejšími smartphonmi! Modern Combat: Sandstorm great multiplayer game for iPhone

Gameoloft already released revolutionary singleplayer iPhone game Modern Combat: Sandstorm and from start of December is available also multiplayer mode for this great game. Now you can fight with your friends via bluetooth and WiFi internet in Deathmatch and Team Deadthmatch modes. This update is available in iTunes store for 3€.

New iPhone game coming Star Wars: Trench Run

I saw this (below) video on iPhone blog so I want to share it with you . Game looks like AlphaRunner (free game on AppStore), but it’s embeded into StarWars world, rather around Dark Star and you will fight with enemies and with Dark Star itself. As well graphic looks pretty cool. For controlling is used accelerometer and I hope developers will use original Star Wars soundtrack like it’s in video trailer. They still don’t announce price or release date so we just need to wait. And warning at the end… Don’t play this type of games in public transport…

Apple Nightmare: iPhone 3.1.2. firmware and MS Exchange

Simple question… If iPhone device is symbol of simplicity, technologic advance etc… Why I’m always bullied to solve some sort of problems every time, when I will do major upgrade of firmware. Apple, that’s not simple!

I can categorize myself as advance user of iPhone 3G and yes, I have my iPhone jailbreaked. My last “sweet” experience after upgrading to 3.1.2. was as usual… problem with our company Microsoft Exchange Server. Simple it doesn’t work. No error messages or warning. At first I thought it will fixed itself when I remove and add my Exchange account so I did it, but when I confirmed new account and iPhone try to synchronize, “lucky” message appear… “Policy Requirement – The account [account name] requires encryption which is not supported on this iPod/iPhone.”.

As usual my first steps was directed to Google with hope that someone already solved this problem. But I was surprised when I found that this problem is applied to pre-3GS devices with 3.1. firmware and newer. This devices don’t have hardware encryption of device filesystem so when Exchange want’s to apply policy settings, this attempt fail and synchronization is not possible. In pre-3.1 firmwares this policy requirements was ignored. But Apple add this “feature” to new 3GS model and forgot about his 2G and 3G customers, therefore users of fe. 3G model (like me) of iPhone cannot use their lovely iPhone for day2day business work.

It’s frustrating… And it seems that Apple don’t want to add software encryption support for pre-3GS models and as usual we need to wait for savior in appearance of some developer for jailbreaked iPhones or just roll-back to 3.0 firmware… Or as Apple suggest to solve this problem: “Buy new iPhone 3GS”.
